Week 7 - Assignment: Write a Grant Application

Last week, you explored potential sources for project funding. What you probably noticed is that there is little consistency by which funding opportunities are advertised and explained. While every funding source requires different information, most will ask for some general background information, including a narrative supporting the need for funding and a description of the budget/timeline. In this assignment, you will compose a narrative and a corresponding budget for a project of your choice. While you can request funding for any type of eLearning project, you should choose a technology that might actually benefit your organization, as you may eventually submit a grant application. Use the following format when composing your response: Narrative Word Count Describe your project.500Provide at least two references (models, books, or research citations) related to your project.200Describe your school/organization and the students who will participate.
