You will be responsible for completely assessing, evaluating, and presenting a strategy paper to align the monitor and control factors as it is relatable to the context of the case. In other words, you are to focus on the key “problems” that are presented in your selected case. Then, you are to vet the proposed controlling and monitoring process that is presented and recommended by the author. Last, you are to recommend and include a minimum of three additional strategies that would assist in pulling the project back on track on enhancing project deliverables.
Be sure to focus and detail the factors that have been discussed within the course, like a) project scope design, b) pricing and estimating, c) scope planning variances, d) trade-offs, and e) learning curves in a project environment. Now, these factors will change according to the case study’s context, but it is your job to ensure that you address problems that are pertinent to the case.
