Based on your research and readings, develop a list of three questions that must be asked to ensure that research with children is ethical. For example, did the researchers incorporate follow-up services that parents could seek if their children demonstrated distress from the study? Does the study provide benefit to children?
Once you have developed this list, select three research studies, and then apply the questions to each of the three. Compile your information utilizing a table format for each of the studies. The studies you select can be recent or historical. After you have completed your charts, summarize your findings with a brief discussion. Here is an example of what your chart may look like.
Length: 3 charts, plus a brief summary, not including title and reference pages (Be sure to include an APA formatted reference page for the studies you selected.)
Your assignment should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
