Submit an outline that identifies and analyzes the target audience for your learning plan. An integral consideration when creating a learning experience is understanding the learner and his or her needs for the lesson. As in Milestone One, justify and outline the rationale behind all of your choices. This milestone supports the learning plan justification paper by preparing you to present and support your choice of target audience.
