• Case 2: Asian Health Services: Rediscovering a Blue Ocean - Ken Chung, PhD and Wendell N. Chin, MBA

Select the case study you would like to work with, and develop a journal assignment that discusses the tools in Chapter 2 in light of your selected case study. In the assignment, be sure to address the following:

• Identify the specific case study you chose and describe the six step process used to analyze the healthcare environment.

• Provide an explanation of how each step would be employed in light of the problem faced by the healthcare organization.

• Select and describe the strategic thinking framework (exhibit 2-10, p.68) that would work best for handling the issue faced by the healthcare

• organization.
